1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do not reside at Putford, have a Tenant in ye Parsonage house. Mr. Hamblyn is my Curate, [I] Pay him Thirty Pounds a year.

2. Other benefices: Have another Benefice. Great Torrington.

4. Frequency of divine service: Once every Lords day, alternately morning & afternoon.

5. Frequency of communion: Four times a year about twenty Communicants.

9. Number of families: About Thirty.
